We personally guarantee all purchases to be free of defects or damage for 3 days.
Our Amish Craftsmen have different warranties, many are lifetime guarantee.
- We will deliver any piece to the craftsman for warranty claims, at no charge to the customer.
- The Craftsman will decide whether to repair, replace or deny the claim.
E & G Amish Furniture offers a full White Glove Delivery & setup for every piece of Amish Furniture we sell.
FREE White Glove Delivery is available for any purchases over $1000.00 within the Houston Area.
For Purchases under $1000.00, a Delivery Charge will be applied to the order.
(Delivery charge is based on Distance)
We also provide delivery to surrounding cities outside of Houston for an hourly rate.

- If an item(s) is purchased from the showroom floor (Not a Custom Order), we will refund the full purchase price within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Item(s) must remain in its original condition as it was purchased from the showroom floor to receive a full purchase price refund. Damaged item(s) cannot be returned.
- If item(s) are being returned for a store credit for future purchase, No Delivery Charge will be applied to have item(s) removed from your home.
- If item(s) are being returned for full refund, a Delivery Charge will be applied to the final refund balance to have item(s) removed from your home.
Custom Order Purchases
- If the item(s) are custom ordered, we will accept the return of custom item(s) within 3 days of the original in home Delivery date.
- Item(s) must remain in its original condition as it was delivered into the home. Damaged Item(s) cannot be returned.
- If a Delivery Charge was applied to the original custom order, an additional matching charge will be applied to have item(s) removed from the home.
- Returned custom order item(s) will be placed onto the showroom floor as display to be sold.
(extremely custom item(s) can take longer to sell )
- Once the returned item(s) have been purchased from the showroom floor, a refund will be processed within 10 days of the new purchase.
- Refunded amount is based on any additional delivery charges for in home pick-up of return item(s).
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Any custom order cancellations must be submitted in writing by email
Written Cancellation Submissions: Please Provide your
Full Name/ Address / Contact / Email / Invoice #/Original Purchase Date/ Items to be canceled / Reason for Cancellation.
- Once Written Cancellation has been received, we will reply by email or phone to confirm that we have received your cancellation request.
- Each Amish Craftsman will be contact by Fax to Cancel Order.
- If the order has not yet been started by the craftsman, the Order will be cancelled.
- A full refund will be processed within 10 days of the cancelled order date.
- If the order has been started by the craftsman, the order will not be cancelled and will be completed as scheduled.
- The ordered item(s) will be place onto the showroom floor as display to be sold.
- Once the item(s) have been purchased from the showroom floor, a refund will be processed within 10 days of the new purchase date.
We will deliver the furniture at no cost to the craftsman for a repair cost estimate.
Purchases of sale items are Final.
Items will be sold as is with all defects and damage.
No Returns. No Refunds.
